More breakfast choices would have been nice, but overall, a great stay.

Great location for day trips to nearby attractions such as Skye, Torridon, and Applecross. Stunning views and a central point for exploration. The self-catering aspect was convenient with three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Having a washing machine was a plus.

Limited kitchen accessories and under-provided for six people. Some basic amenities were lacking, such as a second sofa for comfortable seating.

coolins cottage with wood burner in strathcarron was even better than our previous stay. the spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated cottage, accompanied by the lovely private garden, made our romantic trip unforgettable. the cozy fireplace kept us warm and the ensuite in each room was a great addition.

Wifi was very slow.

The location of the cottage was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful scenery and with a pub and restaurant conveniently located nearby. the communication from the owner was excellent, helping us with directions and providing clear instructions for check-in. - the property itself was clean, tidy, and felt safe, with hot showers and comfy beds for a restful stay.

One major downside was the lack of privacy in the cottage. the thin walls and doors meant that we could hear every word from the neighboring room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Wow, what a disappointment. The only good thing about my stay was the location. It was close to a couple of nice restaurants and had easy access to the Applecross peninsula. The spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were also a plus.

That's where the positives end. The cottage was not clean at all when we arrived.

We loved using the wood burner in the evenings and the facilities were top-notch. we highly recommend this cottage for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cottage. the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to beautiful hiking trails and the Isle of Skye. the ensuite bathrooms in every room were a big plus, providing privacy and convenience. the wood burner in the lounge was a highlight, perfect for warming up after a long day outdoors. the cottage was well, furnished and clean, and we appreciated the well, equipped kitchen and short laundry programs.

The Wi, Fi signal was quite weak, making it difficult to work on our laptops effectively.

The house was not as clean as we had hoped. the cupboards and some other areas, like the space under the beds, were dirty.
